Mélusina

The elder of the two elemental Naiad who occupy The Outlands in the Cthonic realm of Mag Duinn, Mél is a vain water spirit that feeds a river of the same name. Unlike her reclusive sister, Mélusina adores the attention of mortals, and welcomes their affections and gifts - judging the merit of each offering and determining whether they will receive gentle pleasure or scorn.

Though she is free spirited and gives her affections as she pleases, she has taken a consort in the Faun Veada who shares her ancestral cave with her. This order was recently disrupted when a weredog mobilized a vicious pack of wolves and took the cave by force, imprisoning the naiad within the spring.
