Irmã Tempestade
Irmã Tempestade has devoted her life to spreading a new perspective on The Ashen Bough; a cult she calls The Groundskeepers. Once derogatorily referred to as the "Priestess of the Wind" due to her flighty nature and reverence for nature, Irmã Tempestade has begun to wear this moniker with pride.
Early Life
Born as Joane Tempestade to a family of wealthy family of brewers. At an early age, she fell in the river Rio Abhainnsí and nearly drowned. She was rescued by a passing pilgrim on her way to Aldeia de Espiga to visit the ancient statue of Nespera. She believed this wanderer was an envoy of the Goddess herself, and that she was saved to spread the word that the Goddess is one of compassion and beauty, and that by worshipping the dark aspects of the realm, the people were tainting Her true message.
Sister of the Storm
At the age of 15, Joane abandoned her name and her home, becoming Irmã Tempestade, the wandering priestess of The Groundskeepers, a cult devoted to the worship of Nespera's beauty. Setting out on the same pilgrimage that her savior took nearly a decade earlier, she embarked on her mission to bring enlightenment to the realm.
Her journey brought her through all the villages of the valley, and she quickly found many converts for her new philosophy. Though she has no home and tends to drift wherever the winds may take her, she tends to linger most often around the village of Aldeia de Raiz, where she has a number of devotees.
Despite being a societal outlier, she cares deeply about the people of the realm and wants only to see Mag Duinn prosper.
