Veada
A mysterious mystical being that inhabits the dangerous woodland between the villages of Aldeia de Raiz and Aldeia de Espiga, Veada is a woodland satyr that has long called a small cavern her home. This simple existence has recently been challenged by a brutal Weredog that has moved into the woodlands and rallied the wolves into her vicious pack. These wolves have taken her home as their den, leaving her cast into the wilderness.
Against her better judgement, she snuck into the nearby village to seek assistance with her problem. She found a friendly orc by the name of Morgamorgar who offered to help, but ultimately left to return to the village.
Returning to the outlands as promised, the group of adventurers sought the faun out to see what they could do to aid her. Though they suggested relocating to a smaller cave elsewhere in the woods, she informed them it wasn't the location she cared about, but that it contained the source spring of her lover, the naiad Mélusina. Unable to convince the faun to change locations, they begrudgingly decided to see if they could convince the wolves to vacate.
Though they came with non-violent intentions, they were not greeted warmly and the sheer number of wolves in the cave was shocking. They made some half-hearted suggestions and offerings, but ultimately were unable to broker a peace. Rather than push the issue the group abandoned their quest, insisting they had done all they could to help the faun. While they considered it a job well done, Veada cursed their names for their callousness and decided to seek other avenues for aid.
